About the Project

Las Colinas Eden Davao is a new residential leisure farm subdivision project. Specifically situated along Bayabas-Eden Road in Barangay Eden, Toril District, Davao City, Las Colinas is a 98-hectare property to be developed by sta. Lucia Land, Inc. that will feature a man-made lake covering 2.7 hectares. It has 792 residential leisure farm lots with an average area of at least 500sqm. Residential lots will be classified as lakefront, Lakeview and non-Lakeview.
